My name is Vivien, and I am a movement enthusiast and fitness coach certified by Athletic Truth Group, Animal Flow, Institute of Motion, and Mukti yoga.
As a lover of tennis, contact improv, volleyball, hiking, swimming, biking, and other forms of dance and sport, I feel how important physical activity is for both my health and my mental/emotional well being.
As a human being with often conflicting desires and priorities, I know how difficult it can sometimes be to stay connected to the things which give me joy, especially when those activities require a certain baseline level of health, fitness, and athletic skill.
My journey with fitness has had many ups and downs. Though I have skills and experience in the bright and right side of working out, I also have a shadow side of experience with procrastination, injury, stagnation, and confusion.
I help clients using both my expertise, skill, and practice, as well as using on the ground insight about what it is like to overcome inertia and become the strongest most awakened version of yourself you can be.

By balancing direct 1 on 1 coaching with self led workouts, you are not depending on me but becoming empowered by me over time.
Fitness and Prehab Strategy Consultations
One-on-one virtual interview to create a self-led personalized fitness and movement roadmap for one 8-week period. Can renew after 8 weeks or even earlier.
Animal Flow Lessons
Learn Animal Flow Level 1 in 10 virtual one on one sessions. 10 lesson package includes all level 1 movements, multiple flows, suggested workouts, and strategies to incorporate it into your training and lifestyle.
